Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Photo Backup application (“the App”) developed by YS Tech. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
YS Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. Description of Service
Photo Backup allows you to copy photos and videos from your iOS device's photo library to an external storage device (USB drive, SSD, etc.) connected to your device. The App operates entirely on-device and does not transmit your data over the internet.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that your external drive has sufficient storage space and is functioning properly.
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. The App is provided as a tool to assist with backups but does not guarantee data integrity.
- You must ensure you have the right to back up and store the content in your photo library.
4. No Warranty
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. YS Tech does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the App is at your sole risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YS Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device or external storage, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
6. Data Deletion Feature
The App includes an optional feature to delete photos and videos from your device's library after backup. By enabling this feature, you acknowledge that deleted content may not be recoverable. YS Tech is not responsible for any data loss resulting from the use of this feature.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of YS Tech and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
YS Tech reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or third parties.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
